Step 1 Reason for return
- Have you made up your mind?
The item can be returned if the customer has changed their mind (or the product does not fit the customer's needs) within 60 days from the date of receipt.
- For standard packages up to 35 kg: we offer free returns.
- For larger packages, weighing more than 35 kg: different options for returns and fees.
Step 2 Please check the condition of the item
- The returned item must be in its original packaging (this does not apply to returns of defective products)
- Returns are not valid if the customer has damaged the item.
- The item is returned complete and in the condition it arrived at the customer

NB! Always contact us before returning. You will need a return form that we will provide you with.
Contact us and we will send you a return label in PDF format. It can be printed and attached to the package.
